Pete is the founding attorney at Kerksiek Law PC. He is licensed as an attorney and CPA in both Utah and Washington State. Pete attended Brigham Young University - Provo where he obtained a bachelor's of science degree in accounting. Pete graduated cum laude from Seattle University School of Law.

Pete has spent his career serving clients both as an attorney and a tax practitioner and consultant. He worked in Seattle for ten years, but has been living and working in Utah since 2016.
